SHIPPING POLICY

Last Updated: July 12, 2026

Thank you for choosing Stockik LLC. Because we operate as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier, our shipping processes are designed to handle high-volume, palletized, and bulk inventory freight efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines, transit terms, and receiving requirements below.

1. PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIMES

  • Order Processing: Most wholesale orders take 2 to 5 business days to pick, pack, and palletize before they are ready to leave our warehouse facility.
  • Custom/High-Volume Orders: Exceptionally large bulk orders or custom SKU bundles may require additional handling time. Your account manager will provide an estimated ship date upon order confirmation.
  • Operating Hours: Our logistics department and fulfillment center operate Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND FREIGHT

  • FOB Origin: All shipments are sold FOB (Free on Board) Origin. This means that ownership and the risk of loss or damage transfer to the buyer the moment the freight carrier collects the shipment from our loading dock.
  • LTL and FTL Freight: Standard wholesale shipments are sent via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) or Full-Truckload (FTL) freight carriers.
  • Buyer Carrier Choice: If you prefer to arrange your own freight logistics using your corporate carrier account, please select the “Local Pickup / Arrange Own Freight” option at checkout and coordinate the pickup date with our warehouse manager.

3. SHIPPING RATES AND FEES

  • Calculated Rates: Freight charges are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately based on total shipment weight, pallet dimensions, delivery distance, and the destination type.
  • Accessorial Charges: The buyer is responsible for any additional accessorial fees required for delivery. You must notify us at the time of order if your location requires:
    • Liftgate Service (if you do not have a standard loading dock or forklift).
    • Residential Delivery (commercial addresses are standard; residential freight carries a surcharge).
    • Limited Access Delivery (schools, construction sites, storage facilities, or tight urban spaces).
    • Inside Delivery.

4. DELIVERIES AND RECEIVING REQUIREMENTS

  • Inspection Upon Arrival: It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Count the pallets/cartons and check for visible damage to the shrink-wrap or packaging.
  • Noting Damage: If you discover missing inventory or transit damage, you must note it directly on the driver’s Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing off. Failure to note shortages or damages on the BOL severely impacts our ability to file a carrier claim on your behalf.
  • Unloading Time: Freight carriers usually allocate a specific window for unloading (typically 30–60 minutes). Any detention fees caused by unloading delays at your facility will be billed to your business account.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

  • For international wholesale orders, the buyer is considered the Importer of Record.
  • All international shipments are subject to the destination country’s customs duties, brokerage fees, and import taxes. These fees are not included in our freight quotes and must be paid by the buyer directly to the clearing broker or customs agency.
